Check if there is liquid level in tank and flow in pipe shall be sufficient. Flow loss may be caused by too long, small or squashed pipe. No flow in pipe caused by failure of pump. Flow is blocked due to air generated in pipe. Flow switch is broken if the above items are checked and good.

The temperature is not cold at the pipe of low pressure side of compressor. The temperature of the dryer surface is lower than exhaust heat. The temperature on dryer housing is too low. Check if the temperature inner cooler unit is too high. Check if fan motor is broken.

Q: Failure of liquid temperature sensor

Check if the connection of the liquid temperature sensor is with broken cable or poor connection. Main controller is broken if the above items are checked and good.

Q: Failure of ambient temperature sensor

Check if the connection of the ambient temperature sensor is with broken cable or poor connection. Main controller is broken if the above items are checked and good.

Q: Over current of compressor

Check if the input power voltage is correct. Check if the compressor is burned out. Check if the overload protector trips out. Check if the temperature inner cooler unit is too high. Check if the fan is out of order.

Q: Over current of pump motor

Check if the pump motor operates normal. Check if the shaft of pump is stuck or worn out. Check if the pipe resistance if too big to cause the tripping of overload protector. Check if the pipe is blocked.

Q: Failure of high temperature in compressor

Check if it is blocked at air intake and exhaust of cooler unit. Check if the input voltage and power phase is correct. Check the compressor condition and power voltage at the time of start working.
